After a career teaching students to make cheese, Rosemary has lectured on cheese-making for the National Dairy Council and now lectures all over the country. She will be bringing some samples for us to try.

military history, and burial of each of the 33
names on Lurgashall’s War Memorial – but one
eluded him. This fascinating story of his

‘Making English Cheeses’

a lifelong enthusiasm for cheese. After a career
teaching students to make cheese, she has
provided lectures on cheese-making for the

Through the Seasons at the Royal Botanical Gardens – Kew and Wakehurst Place by Sarah Oldridge.

Sarah has worked for the Royal Botanical Gardens for over 25 years and is currently Adult Education Co-ordinator. She is a frequent and very popular speaker at internal and external events.

She will trace the history, the work and the seasons at both at Kew and Wakehurst Place, and will illustrate her talk with slides.
